Terms and Conditions

DubaiTicketDeals is a company registered and licensed in the United Arab Emirates.

3.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the tour operator
• Prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us

3.2 Service Charges

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• A service fee of 3.5% + AED 2.00 is added to all transactions
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe payment gateway

3.3 Ticket Delivery

4.1 No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances
• No cancellations are refundable, regardless of when the cancellation request is made
• No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to use purchased tickets or vouchers will not result in a refund
• Service fees (3.5% + AED 2.00) are non-refundable in all cases

4.2 No Cancellations

• Bookings cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase
• It is your responsibility to verify the tour date, time, number of guests, and any other booking details before payment
• We strongly recommend reviewing your booking summary carefully at checkout

4.3 Exceptional Circumstances

• In the rare event that a tour operator cancels an activity due to force majeure, weather conditions, or operational reasons, we will work with the operator to offer an alternative date or experience where possible
• Any resolution in such cases is at the sole discretion of the tour operator and DubaiTicketDeals

4.4 Modifications

• Booking modifications (such as date changes) are subject to availability and tour operator approval
• Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity
• Additional charges may apply for modifications depending on the tour operator's policy
• Modifications are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis

• Discount codes are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion
• Only one discount code can be used per booking unless explicitly stated
• Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time
• Fraudulent use of discount codes may result in booking cancellation without refund

• You must arrive at the tour location on time as specified in your booking confirmation
• You are responsible for checking visa requirements and ensuring valid travel documents
• You must comply with all health and safety requirements specified by tour operators
• Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated
• You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking

7.1 Role as Aggregator

• DubaiTicketDeals acts strictly as an intermediary and aggregator between customers and tour operators
• Tour operators are solely responsible for the delivery, quality, and accuracy of their services, tickets, and experiences
• We do not own, operate, or control any of the tours, activities, or experiences listed on our platform
• Tour operators may change ticket prices, availability, schedules, inclusions, or terms at any time without prior notice, and DubaiTicketDeals bears no responsibility for such changes

7.2 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or any claims arising from tours and activities
• We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the tour listing on our platform and the actual experience provided by the tour operator
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking, excluding service fees
• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance

• All content on DubaiTicketDeals website is owned by or licensed to us
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Tour descriptions and images are provided by tour operators and remain their property
